摘 要: 绿色质量功能展开(QFDE)是一种把顾客和环境需求(VoCE)转化为产品设计技术特性的绿色设计方法.针对VoCE的不确定性和复杂性,为了分析各种VoCE的重要性并将其赋予合适的权重,在QFDE方法中增加一个VoCE的评价及其权重赋值的规划阶段.首先将VoCE权重初值赋为一种模糊区间判断,然后运用模糊优先规划方法将模糊权重转化成为确定值,以满足QFDE中质量屋的计算要求.通过一个实例说明了该方法的实现流程和可行性. Quality function deployment for environment (QFDE) is an effective green design method for transforming voices of customer and environment (VoCE) into engineering characteristics for new product development. Because of uncertainty and complexity of VoCE, a new planning process is added into QFDE to analyze VoCE and rank them with appropriate weights. The weights of VoCE are evaluated with fuzzy interval values firstly. Then the fuzzy preference programming method is applied to convert the fuzzy weights into precise ones for meeting the computation requirements of the house of quality in the QFDE. A case study illustrates the implementation process and feasibility of the method proposed.
