摘　　要： 多层次资本市场能够为处于不同发展阶段的企业提供全方位的支持，通过推动企业大型化来促进产业的有效集中，通过促进中小企业发展、产业技术创新、企业内部组织结构优化来保证产业持续的竞争活力，优化产业组织结构；而在合理的产业组织结构中，大中小企业必然各得其所，获得持续的发展空间，这又相当于在提高各层次资本市场参与者的素质，优化上市公司结构，反过来又能够推动资本市场层次体系的健全与发展，实现资本市场层次结构与寡头主导，大中小共生的产业组织结构的互动。 The multi-level capital market can for be at the different development phase the enterprise to provide the omni-directional support,promotes the industrial effective centralism through the impetus enterprise large scale, through promotes the small and medium-sized enterprise development, the industry technological innovation, the enterprise underlying tissues structure optimi- zation to guarantee the industry continues competition vigor, optimization industrial organization structure ; But in the reasonable in- dustrial organization structure,the big small and medium-sized enterprise takes their proper place inevitably, obtains the development space which continues ,this is equal in is improving various levels capital market participant＇s quality, the optimization to be listed structure, in turn can impel the capital market level system improving with the development, the realization capital market hierarchical structure and the oligarch leads,major and medium small paragenesis industrial organization structure interaction.
