摘　　要： 城市发展定位是城市发展策略的重要内容之一,它为城市指出了未来发展的方向和目标,是城市发展若干相关策略制定的基本依据。在对海丰城市发展现状及其未来分析,并对城市自身优势及制约因素做出正确分析的基础上,才能确定城市的定位及城市未来的发展方向,并为城市的可持续发展提出有针对性和可操作性的发展策略。 The urban orientation is an important contents of urban development strategy, which point out the city’s direction and goal of future develop, and also is the basic bases of institute certain related strategy about urban development. Based on the analysis of status quo and future development, and giving correct analysis of urban own superiority and restriction factor of Haifeng county, the paper can determine the urban orientation and future development direction, and gives some target -oriented and feasibility development strategy for urban sustainable development.
