利用气相色谱-质谱检测面制品中甲醛和雕白块
Determination of formaldehyde and sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in flour products by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry-selected ion monitor

摘  要: 建立一种利用气相色谱-质谱选择离子(GC/MS/SIM)检测面制品中甲醛和雕白块的新方法。对提取方法和衍生化条件等进行优化,确定为超声波振荡提取30min,衍生化试剂2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)避光衍生化时间为6h;衍生产物2,4-二硝基苯腙在GC-MS测定中选择离子检测(SIM)为m/z79、210。经确证,方法的线性范围为0.5~50μg/mL,检出限为0.1mg/kg(S/N=3),回收率在88.4%~95.6%之间,相对标准偏差在3.7%~7.1%之间,与经典的乙酰丙酮比色法对照无系统差异。该方法已应用于面制品及小麦粉中甲醛本底值的调查。 A new method for determination of formaldehyde and sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in flour products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-selected ion monitor(GC/MS/SIM) was presented in the paper. The conditions of extraction and derivation were optimized. Formaldehyde and sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in flour products were extracted for 30 minutes with ultrasonic wave and react for 6 hours by 2,4- dinitrophenyldrazine (DNPH) to form hydrazone, then hydrazone as determined by GC/MS/SIM. The selected ions of 2,4-dinitrophenyldrazone were m/z 79 and m/z 210. The linear calibration curve for formaldehyde and sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde were measured in the range of 0.5-50μg/mL. The lowest detection limit of analysis was 0.1 mg/kg(S/N=3). The recovery was in the range of 88.4%-95.6% and the RSD was less than 7.1%. There is no significant difference compared with photometric: determination, the method has been applied to determination of formaldehyde and sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in flour products.
