摘　　要： 成功的数字资源评价模型应具有可成长性。应用计算机网络建立基于德尔菲法的数字资源评价系统有助于获得高质量的数据反馈,其轮询反馈机制有利于资源评价模型的自我完善,其计算机网络优势克服了传统德尔菲法周期长、成本高的缺点。 The success of the digital resource evaluation model should be sustainable. The digital resource evaluation system based on the Delphi method by network could help to get the high quality feedback, and its Delphi method polling feedback mechanism is also helpful to the self-perfection of the digital resource evaluation model.The superiority of network overcomes long cycle and high cost of the traditional Delphi method.
