摘 要: [目的]为研究水杨酸等化学药剂对桔梗切花的保鲜效应,提高桔梗切花的观赏价值和经济价值。[方法]采用蒸馏水、水杨酸(SA)、8羟-基喹啉柠檬酸盐(8-HQC)、蔗糖等化学药剂配制了3种保鲜剂(蒸馏水为对照),其中设置了3种不同浓度的水杨酸配方。[结果]结果表明,3种保鲜剂配方在促进桔梗切花花朵开放、切花吸水、增大花径、维持切花水分平衡几个方面均优于对照(蒸馏水),筛选出水杨酸的最佳浓度为50 mg/L,组合配方为:20g/L Suc+200mg/L 8-HQC+50mg/L SA+2g/L CaCl2。[结论]该配方处理的桔梗切花瓶插寿命长、花色好、花蕾开放率提高。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of chemicals such as salicylic acid on the fresh keeping of Platycodon gradiflorus cut flowers and enhance the ornamental values and economic values of P. gradiflorus cut flowers. [ Method] The chemicals such as distilled water (CK), salicylic acid, 8-hydroxyquinoline, citric acid and sucrose were used to prepare three kinds of fresh-keeping agents. Three different concentrations of salicylic acid formula were set up. [ Result] The results showed that three preservative formula were better than CK (distilled water ) for promoting the opening of Platycodon gradiflorus cut flowers, maintaining cut-flower water, enlarging flower diameter, holding water balance of Platycodon gradiflorus cut flowers. The best concentration of salicylic acid was 50 mg/L. The optimum combination formula was 20 g/L Suc + 200 mg/L 8-HQC + 50 mg/L SA + 2 g/L CaCl2. [ Conclusion ] Platycodon gradiflorus cut flowers treated with this formula had long vase life, better flower color and higher flowering rate.
