摘　　要： 中国特色社会主义理论是当代中国最为重要和最为宏观的理论,邓小平理论中由国家宏观调控的思想推展到政府职能的转换,表明政治体系中政府机构的规范与执行能力的改善和提高;"三个代表"重要思想的提出表明党中央已经意识到新兴利益群体以及广大人民群众的利益诉求需要表达的途径以及实现的组织依托;科学发展观是迄今为止提出的最具时代气息、具有与时俱进特点的纲领性指导文件。 The theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the most important and most macro-theory in contemporary Chinese. The function transformation from state＇s macro regulation and control extension to the government function in Deng Xiaoping Theory showes that the political system specification and implementation of govern- ment agencies has improved and enhanced. ＂Three represents＂ important thinking showes that the Party Central Committee is aware the emerging interest groups, as well as the interests of broad masses of people need to express the aspirations and the achievement of the organization means rely on. The scientific concept of development is the programmatic guidance document and the most flavor of the times with the system characteristics change and development.
