摘 要: 研究了在稀盐酸介质中亚硝酸根对甲基紫的退色反应,建立了一个简单、灵敏、选择性高的亚硝酸根测定方法。在570nm处亚硝酸根的浓度在20~ 800μg/L范围内,与甲基紫吸光度的减小(△A)呈线性关系。检测限为20μg/L。研究了实验条件下甲基紫与NO2-的反应摩尔比(1:1)、34种共存离子的影响及反应机理。方法用于环境水样和土壤中NO2-的直接测定,结果满意。 A simple, sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite based on the color fading of methyl violet(MV) by nitrite has been investigated. The absorbance was measured at 570 um. The Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration of 20 to 800 μg/L nitrite and the detection limit is 20 μg/L. Molar ratio of MV: NO2- is 1: 1. Most anions and cations do not interfere. Mechanism of the reaction for MV with nitrite was discussed. The method has been applied successfully to foe determination of nitrite in waste water.
