摘 要: 针对埋弧焊焊缝激光视觉跟踪系统,提出采用S7-200 PLC作为主控制器的控制方法。介绍了跟踪系统结构及其原理,分析了系统的工作过程;阐述了PLC的选型、各种信号的确定及L/O分配;针对前置式传感器的特点,提出在水平方向一种新颖的焊缝轨迹跟踪方法,并采用PD算法进行纠偏控制;针对高度方向跟踪,采用模糊控制方法进行高度方向的调整;给出了PLC软件设计的流程图。试验证明,该系统运行稳定,水平跟踪精度达到0.5mm,高度跟踪精度达到1mm,完全满足焊接质量的要求。 In seam tracking system of submerged arc welding based on laser vision,a method was put forward,in which a S7-200 PLC acts as a main controller. The hardware constitution and working principle were introduced, the working process was analyzed, and the definition of various signals ,distribution of inputs and outputs in the PLC were indicated. As the leading sensor,a new tracking method was put forward in hori- zontal direction and PD control method was applied. A fuzzy controller was designed in vertical direction. The flow charts of PLC software were given. Experiments show that the system can run steadily, and the tracking accuracy achieves 0. 5 mm in horizontal direction and 1 mm in vertical direction, which completely satisfies the need of welding quality.
