摘 要: 叙述香蕉皮黑色素提取的最佳工艺条件:将发黑的香蕉皮内层软皮用浓盐酸浸泡10h以上,滤渣用2倍香蕉皮质量的1mol/L氢氧化钠在80℃下提取10min后,加入碱液用量2/3的2mol/L的盐酸沉淀,重复此操作3次,最后将香蕉皮黑色素用去离子水洗涤至中性,常温下真空干燥,即得晶体状香蕉皮黑色素。计算产率约为0.6%。由紫外分光光度法测得香蕉皮黑色素的最大吸收波长为410nm。经红外图谱分析其结构是邻苯二酚型。 To study the method of extracting melanin from the banana skin. The soft inner layers of blackened banana skins were soaked for 10 hours in the thick hydrochloric acid, and filtered. The filter was extracted at 80℃ for 10 minutes with the 1 mol/L heat sodium hydroxide of the ratio 2:1 to the weight of soft inner layers of the banana skins. The solution was precipitated with 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid with the volume ratio 2:3 to the alkali used before. After three times of acid solution and alkali precipitation, the melanin from the melanin banana skin of some purity was obtained. The productivity is 0.6 %. Through ultraviolet spectrophotometers determination the biggest absorption wave length of the melanin was 410 nm, and through the infrared spectrogram structure analysis the melanin of the banana skin was possibly the catechol.
