摘 要: 对陈皮中水溶性多糖的提取工艺进行研究。陈皮细颗粒经石油醚回流脱脂、热水提取,以葡萄糖为参照品,利用分光光度法测定陈皮中水溶性多糖的含量。结果表明陈皮多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1∶20,在80℃下提取2次,每次在2h的条件下,多糖的提取率达到6.01%。 Study about the craft on the extraction of the water-soluble polysaccharide in the dried orange peel. After the with reflux by petroleum ether and the hot water extraction to the fine particle of dried orange peel, taking the glucose as reference, we can use spectrophotometry to menstruate content of the water-soluble polysaccharide in dried orange peel. The results show that the best extraction conditions are material: water ( 1: 20), 80℃, 2 h, extraction twice, the rate of polysaccharide is 6.01%.
