摘 要: 在体凝胶(In situgel)在药学、生物技术领域各个方面的应用,包括药物输送、细胞膜包覆和组织修复等。本试验采用了温敏缓释载药系统,制备了GHRP-6温敏缓释系统,研究其对动物生长的影响。结果显示,Vc系獭兔肌注GHRP-6温敏缓释凝胶7、14、21、28d后,2、4g/L组累积增重效果分别比生理盐水组高25.83%~63.37%;肌注GHRP-6温敏缓释凝胶血清IGF—Ⅰ浓度:注射7d后,2、4g/L组分别比生理盐水组高16.31%(P〈0.05),27.98%(P〈0.01);注射14d后,2、4g/L组分别比生理盐水组高37.43%(P〈0.01)、47.17%(P〈0.01);注射28d后,2、4g/L组分别比生理盐水组高31.71%(P〈0.01)、40.14%(P〈0.01)。试验证明,GHRP-6温敏缓释凝胶能显著增高血清中IGF—Ⅰ浓度,促进Vc系獭兔生长,血清中IGF—Ⅰ浓度与Vc系獭兔累积增重呈正相关。 In recent years, there are many reports on the gel (In situgel) application in the pharmaceutics and biotechnology,including drug delivery,membrane coating and tissue repairing. In this research,we established the GH- RP-6 of the thermo-sensitive drug delivery system and studied its effect on animal growth. At 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d after Vc Rex rabbits were intramuscularly injected with GHRP-6 thermo-sensitive delivery At the cumulative weight gain in 2 g/L group and 4 g/L group was higher by 25.83%-63. 37% than that of saline group. In addition,Vc Rex rabbits were intramuscularly injected with GI-IRP-6 thermo-sensitive delivery of gel serum IGF-Ⅰ concentrations. Compared with that of normal saline group, the serum IGF-Ⅰ concentrations in 2 g/L group and 4 g/L group was higher by 16.31% (P〈0.01) and 27.98% (P〈0.01) respectively at 7 d after injection;37.43% (P〈0.01) and 47.17% (P〈0.01)at 14 d after injection;31.71% (P〈0.01)and 40.14% (P〈0.01l) at 28 d after injection. These results indicated that the injection with GHRP-6 thermo-sensitive delivery increased 1GF-I concentration in the serum significantly and promoted the cumulative weight gain. The cumulative weight gain was positively correlated with IGF-Ⅰ concentration in the serum.
