摘　　要： 社会资本理论启发我们:通过外力作用来提升农民工社会资本,可使有限资源发挥更大效用。农民工子女的教育是当前农村和城市义务教育中的难点之一。从根本上说,农民工及农民工子女的上学问题是不合理的户籍制度及城乡二元体制的产物。当前必须立足于城乡平等和城乡统筹的原则,进一步完善现行的法律和制度,消除对进城务工农民工子女歧视,建立城乡一体和公平的义务教育体制,为千千万万农民工子女的教育创造条件。 From the social capital theory we learn that： by improving the peasant workers＇ social capital with external forces, we can make better use of limited resources. The education for peasant workers＇ children is one of the difficulties in the rural and urban compulsory education at present. To say from the root, the problems in the education for peasant workers and their children are the products of unreasonable domicile system and the urban - rural dual system. We must set foot upon the principle of urban - rural equity and urban - rural overall planning, further improve the existing law and institutions, eradicate the discrimination upon the children of peasant workers, and establish the urban -rural integrated, just compulsory education system, creating conditions for the education of millions of peasant workers＇ children.
