摘 要: 为了保证数控铣床进给系统的定位精度及其静态和动态性能的稳定性,本文以铣床工作台作为平面定位机械系统的动态模型,通过对铣床工作台伺服系统进行计算、利用MATALAB/Simulink软件进行建模,研究了虚拟样机仿真分析的方法,采用虚拟样机开发软件ADAMS完成参数化样机模型的构建,利用ADAM内含的系统函数创建运动约束,实现了对系统运动学仿真的分析。 In order to ensure the stability of orientation precision and its static and dynamic capability,the table was used to dynamic model of mechanical system for plane orientation,and count by three loop conformity for servo system ,and model by MATALAB/Simulink,the analysis method of dummy sample was researched,and make up of parameter model of sample by ADAMS,and made up of locomotion leash by system function of ADAMS,the simulation analysis is realized.
