摘 要: 从经济与社会发展、资源减量投入、资源循环利用、资源环境安全4个方面构建农业循环经济评价体系,采用基于粗糙集理论的综合评价方法,避免了人为评价的主观性,科学计算出反映2007年广东省各市农业循环经济发展水平的综合指数。同时,根据4项分类指标,判断出广东省各市的农业经济整体上呈快速发展,资源减量投入是限制中山等市发展的主要因素,资源循环利用能力低是遏制云浮等市发展的瓶颈,而广州等城市资源安全系数的下降,为农业循环经济的健康发展埋下隐患。 The model of Rough Set for the synthetical evaluation of agricultural circular economy among 21 cities in Guangdong province in 2007 was established, which estimated from four aspects containing the economic and social development, reduction of chemical resource, recycling of resource, environmental security. The Rough Set model, which avoided the subjective evaluation, effectively revealed that the agricultural circular economy in Guangdong province is on an overall rapid development, while, the excessive input of the chemical resource is the main factor that prevent the agricultural development of Zhongshan city and est.; the ineffective recycling of resource limit Yunfu city and est.; and the decline of the environmental security is the bottleneck for further developing the agricultural economy in Guangzhou city and est.
