摘 要: CO2电弧焊焊接过程中的焊接电压、电流等信号是长时低频和短时高频成分组成的非平稳信号,属于典型的随机信号,比较适合用数理统计的方法对其进行分析。本文采用数理统计方法对短路过渡中焊接电流波形的特征信息进行了定量分析,试验结果表明:方差和概率分布能充分地反映焊接电流的波动性。从中提取到的电流特征信息能为焊机动特性评判提供依据。 The CO2 welding voltage and current are typical random unstable signals,which are constituted by long-time low- frequency and short-time high-frequency elements.In this paper,the characteristics information of current waveform in the short- circuit transition welding are analyzed quantitatively by statistical method.The result indicates that variance and probability distribution can exactly describe the fluctuation of welding current,and the character information of welding current can provide a base which can be use to evaluate the dynamic characteristic of CO2 welding power source.
