摘 要: 矩阵变换器(MC)具有功率双向流通、谐波含量低、输入侧功率因数为1、输入输出特性好等优点,是当前电力电子技术研究的热点。研究了MC的原理和模型,采用DSP与CPLD的组合结构,应用双空间矢量调制和四步换流控制方法,制作了一台5kW的MC样机;引入无刷双馈发电机,搭建了一个无刷双馈风力发电模拟平台。样机实验结果验证了MC设计的正确性及其在无刷双馈风力发电中应用的可行性,为MC的实际应用提供了实验根据。 Matrix converter(MC) has the capabilities such as bi-directional power flow,low harmonic, keeping power factor of input as 1 and high quality input/output performance ,it is the hot research of power electronics technology.The principle and model of MC are analyzed.Using DSP and CPLD, according to the double space vector modulation and four-step com- mutation strategy, a 5 kW MC experiment prototype is built up.A brushless doubly-fed generator is used to built a brushless doubly-fed wind power experimental platform.The experimental result proves the validity of the MC design and feasibility of appliance in brushless doubly-fed wind power system,which provides the foundation for the practical application of MC.
