摘 要: 目前,等离子体电解氧化是对轻金属及其合金表面处理的一种常用方法,在不同的工艺条件下能制备不同组成、性能、形貌的陶瓷膜。而在不同的工艺条件中,电解液配方起着极其重要的作用。通过介绍国内外不同电解液配方及不同电解液组分对等离子体电解氧化陶瓷膜的影响,表明其具体影响还有待于进一步系统研究。 At present, the plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) is a commonly used method for surface modification of light metals and their alloys. In different conditions, it could manufacture some ceramic film which have different composition, performance and morphology. And the different treatment solutions play a vital role. In this study, the present status of Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation Electrolyte is reviewed and the different effects of it to ceramic film are discussed.
