摘 要: 采用低碳微合金成分在4 300 mm宽厚板轧机上试制了Q460qE钢,通过工业试制可知在精轧开轧温度为830-850℃,终轧温度为800-820℃,终冷温度为610-650℃的工艺条件下,试制钢板能够获得良好的力学性能和金相组织,各项性能达到了Q460qE的标准要求。同时通过分析试制结果可知,采用较低的精轧温度,使得钢板中有一定的多边形铁素体形成,同时降低了组织中M/A组元的百分含量,从而提高了钢板的韧性。 Q460qE steel, which was microalloyed low carbon steel, was trial produced by using 4 300 mm heavy plate mill. The results indicate that the good mechanical performance and microstructures of plate were obtained. The process parameters of finish roiling are as follows., starting temperature 830--850 ℃, finish temperature 800-- 820 ℃ and finish cooling temperature 610--650 ℃. All indexes reach the national standard of Q460qE steel. At the same time, the results of industrial experiments show that polygonal ferrite increases and M/A constituent decreases with the decrease of finish rolling temperature, and those can increase the impact toughness of the plate.
