摘 要: 采用正交设计法研究了3种不同浓度的植物生长调节剂6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、赤霉素(GA3)、a-萘乙酸(NAA)对换锦花(Lycoris sprengeri)开花及内源激素的影响,并对试验结果进行了方差分析和相关分析。结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂以60mg/L的6-BA、150mg/L的GA3及20mg/L的NAA的合理搭配不仅使换锦花花期推后,而且改善了花的品质,其中6-BA对开花性状的影响起主要作用;6-BA极显著地影响换锦花内源IAA含量的增加。 Effects of plant regulator on flowering character and endogenous hormone of Lycoris sprengeri were studied by using orthogonal design (L9 (3^3) ) of 6 -BA, GA3 and NAA, Experimental data was analyzed by ANOVA and correlation analysis. The result showed that the best collocation of the plant regulators was A3 B2 C1 (The concentration was 6 - BA of 60 mg/L, GA3 of 150 mg/L and NAA of 20 mg/L) , which not only postponed flowering time but also improved flower character, and the 6 - BA was the key factor. Effects of 6 - BA on endogenous IAA content was extremely significantly and subsequently changed flowering character.
