摘 要: 以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为聚合单体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法制备了水性发用聚丙烯酸定型树脂,并应用于配制啫喱。探讨了单体组成和交联剂用量对树脂性能的影响。当m(AA)∶m(AM)∶m(DMAEMA)∶m(BA)=1.0∶0.07∶0.07∶0.15,NMA用量为单体总质量的0.06%时,制得树脂无色透明,w=10%水溶液表观黏度2 042 mPa.s;配制成啫喱后,卷曲保持率为73%,梳理时基本无白屑。 Water soluble acrylic resin was synthesized by solution polymerization with acrylic acid (AA), acrylamide ( AM), dimethylamino - ethyl methylacrylate (DMAEMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers and N -hydroxy methyl acrylamide (NMA) as cross -linking agent. Hair styling gel was formulated with the resin prepared. Effects of composition of monomers and dosage of cross - linking agent on properties of the polymer were discussed. Experimental results showed that: under conditions of m (AA) : m (AM) : m (DMAEMA) : m (BA) = 1.0: 0. 07: 0. 07: 0. 15 ,NMA dosage 0. 06% of total mass of monomers,a colorless and transparent acrylic resin product can be obtained. The viscosity of the aqueous hair styling gel containing 10% (w) of the resin product is 2 042 mPa · s. Curl retention of the hair styling gel achieves 73%. Virtually no dust appeared during the combing of the hair that sprayed with the styling gel.
