摘　　要： 5.12汶川特大地震对我国受灾地区的社区造成了巨大的破坏。社区文化重建是灾后社区重建的基本内容之一,对社区重建的意义重大。在统筹优选思想的指导下,综合运用突发事件应急管理的理论与方法,对灾后社区文化的重建进行探索,建立了灾后社区文化重建的具体模式,期望能为灾后又好又快地进行社区文化重建有所帮助。 This paper investigates the cultural reconstruction of the stricken area by the theory and the methods for emergency management with the statistical optimal principle. It also constructs the concrete mode of the reconstruction of the post - disaster community culture hopefully devoting to rebuild the culture of communities quickly and eminently.
