摘　　要： 组织结构的无界化与卓越的文化是南洋理工学院的领先之道。南洋理工学院组织的最大特色就是"无界化校园",这种组织真正打破传统官僚制及其他组织结构中存在的组织功能和层级隔离的壁垒界限,能够把学校内部各个成功的要素的潜在综合成效最大限度地发挥出来。南洋理工学院松散的结构深层,实际上埋藏着全体员工共同认同的文化,它的松散与无序是在高度的信念和情感整合基础上的松散和无序,是"形散而神不散"是"无序中的有序"。 The unbounded organizational structure and the excelle nt culture explain the Nanyang Polytechnic＇s leading role in education. The most outstanding feature of Nanyang Polytechnic is its unbounded campus, where the traditional organizational hierarchy and barriers are disaggregated and thus, the internal factors, which lead to its success, can be optimized. Its seemingly loose and disordered structure imbeds the culture commonly recognized by its staff. The looseness and disorder of its structure is built upon the integration of beliefs and emotions, which implies the effectiveness and efficiency of its organizational culture.
