摘 要: 对灰树花富硒深层培养的硒源和菌株进行了筛选,探讨其耐硒、富硒特性和富硒的最优培养条件。结果表明:灰树花有较强的耐硒和富硒能力。其最优富硒培养条件为:硒浓度50 mg/L,生长促进剂(板栗壳/植物油,mg/L)50/2.0,PH值6.5,培养时间6 d,在此条件下培养获得的灰树花菌丝体的氨基酸及多糖含量均高于对照。 The selenium sources and strains of the Se- submerged culture of Grifolafrondosa were screened . The Se -resisting and Se -accumulating characters and the optimal culture conditions of Grifola frondosa mycelia were studied in this paper. The results showed that Grifola frondosa mycelia has intense capacity of Se -resisting and Se - accumulating. The optimum culture conditions were : selenium concentration 50 mg/L, growth promoters (chestnut dreg / vegetable oil, mg / L) 50/2.0, pH 6.5 and culture time 7 d . Under such conditions, amino acids and polysaccharide are higher of Grifola frondosa than contrast.
