不同改性方法处理玉米秸穰改善APMP成纸性能

摘  要: 用3种不同的方法对玉米秸穰进行改性,添加到APMP浆中后,大大改善了纸浆在强度方面的性能。对比分析了3种不同改性方法所得秸穰对纸张物理性能的影响,其中用碱氧处理过的秸穰比只用过氧化氢处理的秸穰表现出了更好的性能,当前者用量为30%时,抗张指数、耐破指数和撕裂指数与原浆相比,分别增加了144.9%,56.07%,53.30%。这比其他两种方法的性能更为优良。这种方法是在用量少的前提下提高APMP浆的强度性能的方式,从而降低了改性秸穰用量大时产生的滤水性差等不利影响,提高了改性玉米秸穰废弃物的利用率。 Three kinds of modified core of corn were obtained in this article. By combination of this three kinds of modified core of corn stalks with APMP pulp, the property of pulp was considerably improved. Simultaneously, the effect on the the strength property of the three kinds of modified core of corn was relatively analysised, in which the modified core of corn that processed using oxygen showed better performance than other methods. The tensile index, burst index and tearing index of paper reached more higher values, increased by 144.9%, 56.07% and 53.3% respectively as compared to the original pulp when the content of the modified corn stalk core was 30%. This may be a new method of using a smaller content of modified core of corn to improve the strenth property,and the adverse effects of combination of a large quantity of modified core of corn with APMP pulp, such as reducing pulp filtration perfornlance,was decreased.Therefore the utility value of modified core of corn was improved.
