镁碱对PRC-APMP纸浆性能的影响

摘  要: 三倍体毛白杨PRC-APMP二段化学预浸渍段,采用MgO部分代替NaOH对纸浆化学成分、浆张及纤维特性的影响进行了探讨。通过纸浆化学成分分析表明,在PRC-APMP制浆过程中,增加MgO取代NaOH,纸浆中有机溶剂抽出物、木素和碳水化合物的溶出减少,从而使纸浆得率提高。通过纤维质量分析和SEM观察发现,MgO取代后的纸浆纤维平均长度较短,细小纤维含量较多,纤维与纤维之间的孔隙率较大,所得浆张表面较为粗糙。MgO取代后,浆张松厚度、光散射系数提高,但浆张强度、白度下降。 Chemical components determination, fiber quality analysis and SEM observation were used to investigate the effects of substituting MgO for NaOH on the properties of triploid Populus Tomentosa PRC-APMP in this paper. The result of chemical components analysis showed that increasing the substitution levels of magnesium oxide for sodium hydroxide in the second impregnation stage could reduce the dissolving of organic solvent extraction, lignin and carbohydrate, and increase the pulp yield. The results from fiber quality analysis and SEM observation illustrated that the pulp yielded had shorter average length, higher fine content, greater porosity between fiber and fiber, and the surface of the handsheet became more rough, compared with that without substitution of magnesium oxide. After using magnesium oxide, the bulk and light scattering coefficient of handsheets could be improved, while the physical strength and brightness could be decreased.
