极端高温处理对鸡冠花种子萌发与生长的影响

摘  要: 为研究极端高温处理对鸡冠花种子萌发、幼苗生长、发育与变异的影响,采用57~61℃处理鸡冠花的种子,然后播种让其生长、开花,观察其整个生长史的变化。结果表明:高温处理20min内,鸡冠花种子能够忍受的极端温度范围是57~60℃。经过不同高温和不同时间处理的鸡冠花种子,其抗病性都不同程度的下降,易患立枯病。高温处理对花色、花型的变异影响不大。高温处理过的鸡冠花种子萌发后,小苗长势明显比对照的慢,且参差不齐。高温处理未能得到有利的变异。 This paper discussed the seed germination of Celosiae Cristatae could endure the extremely higher temperature. After treated with extremely higher temperature, Celosiae Cristatae seeds germinated and growed came to flower, some changes were observed in the history of the entire growth. After the test, the results showed that with extremely higher temperature and different time in different treatment for Celosiae Cristatae seeds, resistance of seedlings declined in varying degrees. Seedlings were susceptible to damping-off. The effect of extremely higher temperature treatment on the Celosiae Cristatae color and pattern of flowers were little, increasing color of variation could not be found out. After extremely higher temperature proeessdure on Celosiae Cristatae seeds, seedling growth became significantly slower than that of the comparision.
