热带亚热带地区8种旋花科植物的元素含量分析

摘  要: 通过分析中国热带亚热带地区8种旋花科植物的元素含量特征,以期为该区野生绿肥植物的开发利用提供一定的理论依据。结果显示,平均含量>1%的有N、K、Ca,0.2~0.5%的有S、Mg、P,0.01~0.05%的有Fe、Mn,<0.01%的有Zn、B、Cu、Hg、Pb、As、Cr、Mo、Cd,其含量顺序为N>K>Ca>S>Mg>P>Fe>Mn>Zn>B>Cu>Hg>Pb>As>Cr>Mo>Cd;各植物常量元素含量高,重金属元素含量低;参考全国有机肥料品质四要素分级标准和全国有机肥料品质总分分级标准对参试样品的肥用价值进行评价,18个参试样品富含N、K,而P的含量居中下等水平,其中多花山猪菜Ⅰ达到一级绿肥标准;6个常量元素及B、Cu的变异系数在0.30~0.60之间,其余元素均在0.70以上,其中Pb、Mo、Cd的变异系数超过了1.00(分别为1.13、1.32、1.54);N与P,Ca与S,Cr与Mo、Cd,Pb与Mo、Fe间呈显著的正相关,K与B,Pb与Cr、Mo间呈极显著的正相关,而As与Cu,N与Mn,P与Cd、Mn间呈显著的负相关。从养分含量对绿肥植物肥用价值的评价结果与参考全国有机肥料品质总分分级标准所得结果一致;绿肥植物的肥用价值主要决定于大量元素N、P、K等的综合含量水平。 This experiment studied on element concentration of 8 species of Convolvulaceae in tropical and subtropical area to provide where a theoretical basis for development and utilization of green manure plants.The main results of this study were as follows:The mean concentration of N,K and Ca was higher than 1%,S,Mg,P ranged of 0.2 and 0.5%,Fe,Mn ranged of 0.01 and 0.05%,Zn,B,Cu,Hg,Pb,As,Cr,Mo and Cd was less than 0.01%,and the mean element concentration of 18 plants followed an order as:N〉 K〉 Ca〉 S〉 Mg〉 P〉 Fe〉 Mn 〉 Zn〉 B〉 Cu〉 Hg〉 Pb〉 As〉 Cr〉 Mo〉 Cd;All the plants were rich with major elements and low with heave metal elements;When refering the four elements grading standards and total grading standards of national organic fertilizer quality to evaluate the subjects' fertilizer value,all the subjects were of good N and K fertilizer but poor P fertilizer;The variation coefficient of 6 major elements ranged from 0.30 to 0.60;in addition to B,Cu,with low variation coefficient of 0.40 and 0.48 respectively,of which the rest trace elementswas higher than 0.70,and in particular,Pb,Mo,Cd was higher than 1.00(1.13,1.32,1.54 respectively);The correlation analysis of element concentration in plant revealed that N and P,Ca and S,Cr and Mo、Cd,Pb and Mo、Fe positively correlated at the level of 0.05,K and B,Pb and Cr、Mo positively correlated at the level of 0.01,while As and Cu,N and Mn,P and Cd、Mn negatively correlated at the level of 0.05.The evaluation results of the value of the green manures on nutritional elements concentration were consistent with which came from the evaluation of total grading of N,P,K refering the total grading standards of national organic fertilizer quality;The value of the green manures was mainly decided to the integrated level of major elements concentration.
