摘 要: 用具有良好生物相容性的丝素蛋白接枝改性化纤织物,可增加其服饰的舒适度。研究了以100%聚乙烯醇缩水甘油醚(PVAGE)作为交联剂,在碱减量腈纶织物表面接枝丝素蛋白的工艺及接枝率对服用性能的影响。采用单因素法研究接枝的最佳工艺条件为:100%PVAGE质量浓度27.62 g/L,接枝温度100℃,接枝时间20 min,丝素蛋白质量浓度2.0 g/L。对在上述工艺条件下接枝后的碱减量腈纶织物进行红外光谱表征,结果显示丝素蛋白已接枝到织物上,并有β-折叠结构产生。随着接枝率的升高,织物的白度基本没有变化,回潮率有较大幅度增加,抗静电性能也大幅度提高,但抗褶皱弹性有所下降。 The comfort of chemical fabrics can be improved by grafting with silk fibroin.In this paper,silk fibroin was grafted on hydrolysis polyacrylonitrile by poly vinylalcohol glycidyl ether(PVAGE) to study the grafting technology and effect of grafting rate of silk fibroin.The best crosslinking technology was studied with single factor method.The results showed that the best technology of polyacrylonitrile was that concentration of PVAGE was 27.62 g/L,temperature was 100 ℃,crosslinking time was 20 min,and concentration of silk fibroin was 2.0 g/L.The infrared spectrum of hydrolysis polyacrylonitrile modified with silk fibroin showed that the silk fibroin was grafted on hydrolysis polyacrylonitrile distinctly.With the increase of rate of grafting silk fibroin on hydrolysis polyacrylonitrile,the whiteness of polyacrylonitrile fabric almost did not change,the hygroscopicity property increased greatly,the antistatic property increased greatly too,and the elasticity decreased slightly.
