摘　　要： 本文从人的行为心理背景、人员行为形成因子、人的内在弱点、紧急状态下人的行为模式、个体与组织等方面探讨了人的安全行为特性。 The failures stemmed from human errors become more serious and bring about human major disasters in modern industry society.It is unpratical that accidents are effectively reduced and protected only by means of increasing safety consciousness.Man's safety action characteristics are discussed from the points of man's behaviour psychological background, performance shaping factors,inherent weak points,action model under emergency,individuals and organization.The author puts forward a macroscopic framework and a microscopic management system for accident redution and protection.
