摘 要: 本文建立了用衬钽石墨管测定全血中钡的方法.衬钽管完全消除了形成稳定碳化物的影响和记忆效应,灵敏度较普通石墨炉提高了约30倍,并大大减少了钾、钠、钙、镁等共存元素的干扰,节省用样量,特别适用于人血样品的分析.
