摘 要: 本文以中、日、美三国为例,立足企业,对国家文化、企业文化和公司管理的关系进行了探讨,得出三者存在互相对应关系的结论。在跨国经营越来越普遍的今天,为中国企业实现品牌化战略、探索中国特色的企业文化和管理方式提供参考。 Based on a comparison of national culture, corporate culture and corporate governance of China, Japan, & the United States, the relationship between culture and governance style was explored. As multinational corporations become more popular nowadays around the world, some suggestions on brand strategy theory & corporate culture construction for Chinese corporations were advanced .
