摘　　要： 苏联解体是由多种因素综合作用的结果。其中,上层建筑中思想政治教育的失误也是苏联解体的重要原因之一,这主要表现在思想政治教育主体的腐化,客体的分化,介体的滞后,环体的复杂,以及这些思想政治教育基本要素间关系的不和谐。 Soviet Union collapse resulted from many factors functioned coordinately. Among them, lapse of ideological and political education in the superstructure field is an important reason for it, which including the corruption of subject, the division of object, the lag of medium, the complication of environment, as well as the relationships of these fundamentalelements were not harmonious in the process of Soviet Union ideological and political education.
