摘　　要： [目的]研究TDZ和CPPU对紫背天葵不定芽诱导的作用。[方法]以鼎湖山野生紫背天葵(Begonia fimbristipula Hance)的无菌苗叶片和愈伤组织为材料,研究TDZ和CPPU对其不定芽诱导的影响。[结果]TDZ和CPPU均可诱导紫背天葵叶片和愈伤组织形成不定芽,其中MS+0.5 mg/LTDZ诱导不定芽的效果最佳,在1/2MS+0.2 mg/LIBA的培养基上不定芽可100%生根并长成完整植株,小苗移栽成活率达到90%以上。[结论]TDZ和CPPU能够有效地诱导紫背天葵不定芽的形成。 [ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of TDZ and CPPU on adventitious buds differentiation in Begonia fimbristipula Hanee. [ Method] The leaves and calli of B. fimbristipula were used to induce adventitious buds. [ Result] The results showed that the optimum medium for adventitious buds differentiation was MS ＋ 0.5 mg/L TDZ. MS ＋ 0. 2 mg/L 1BA was suitable for test tube seedling rooting and regeneration. [ Conclusion ] This study will provide the scientific reference for choosing the feasible medium in tissue cuhure of B. fimbristipula Hance.
