摘　　要： 介绍了我国城市增长方式不够合理、用地粗放的表现形式,归纳了紧凑型城市的基本特征,提出了构建紧凑型城市的对策,并指出建设紧凑型城市对于保护耕地、提高土地利用率、节约集约用地和优化城市布局等都有重大的意义。 The paper introduces the unreasonable growth style and extensive land consumption style in our nation,it concludes basic features of compact city,proposes measures for building the compact city,it also points out that building compact city means much to the protection of land,improving of using efficiency of land,saving of land,as well as optimizing of city layout.
