摘 要: 用魔芋精粉、氯乙酸和氢氧化钠为原料,在乙醇溶剂中反应,制备透明的羧甲基魔芋精粉,并探讨了物料配比和反应温度、时间对产物透明度的影响。 Carboxymethyl Konjac flour with transparency has been made from konjac flour, chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide in ethyl alcohol. The effects of the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the transparency are also discussed.
