摘 要: 应对作为应激与心理调节和心理病理学症状的中介因素,对个体的身心发展起着极为重要的作用。本研究结合国内外同类量表,并参照青少年应对理论与开放式问题,编制适合中国青少年的压力应对方式量表并对初一到高三的1555名青少年进行施测。结果表明,当前青少年主要存在17种压力应对方式,归属于4个二级维度及两个三级维度,量表的信、效度均达到心理测量学要求。 Coping, as a factor mediating the relationship between stress and mental adjustment or psychopathological symptoms, is extremely significant for individuals' physical and mental health. Combining with the same kind of scales at home and abroad as well as referring to adolescent coping theories and open-questions, the present study developed a stress coping scale suitable for Chinese adolescents and used it to measure a sample of 1555 adolescents from Grades 7 to 12. The results showed that contemporary adolescents might have 17 kinds of stress coping styles, belonging to four second-level dimensions and two third-level dimensions. Both the reliability and validity of the scale met the criteria of psychometrics.
