摘 要: 文章阐述了发展性阅读障碍的含义,并从语言学和非语言学层次讨论了阅读障碍的认知缺陷,总结了认知缺陷神经机制方面的相关理论:左半球功能障碍、巨细胞缺陷和小脑缺陷等理论。 This article firstly introduced the definition of developmental dyslexia. Then it discussed the cognitive deficit of developmental dyslexia at the linguistic and non-linguistic levels. Finally it discussed the relevant theories about neurophysiological mechanism deficits which include the dysfunction of the left temporoparietal brain region, magnocellular deficit, and cerebella deficit.
