摘 要: 针对汽车自动检测系统的底盘测功机模块,采用一种基于反馈的PID自动控制方法,根据汽车的实时速率,经过PID控制器调控,产生一个阻力,作用于汽车驱动轮,控制汽车的速度,逐步使汽车速率稳定在一个满足测量精度要求的范围内,从而使得系统自动完成汽车功率的检测。该方法的使用,克服了汽车功率实际检测当中的难点,运用简单,操作灵活方便,结果精确、稳定、可靠。 A method called PID feedback-based Automatic Control,it means that according to real-time rate of motor vehicles,PID controller begin to control and produce a resistance.affecting on the automotive wheel.controlling vehicle's speed,to make the speed of the vehicle stabilize at a measurable and exact scope to meet the requirements gradually,and then to make the system automatically detecting the power of car in the chassis dynamometer module of Automotive Detection System.This method is used to overcome the actual detection difficulties in the detection of vehicle power,it is simple,flexible and easy to operate,and the results is proved to be precise,stable and reliable.
