摘　　要： 广州某中心大厦位于天河区,主塔楼31层,总高度99.7m,采用部分框支剪力墙结构形式,文中介绍塔楼结构体系设计及计算分析结果,重点介绍了空腹桁架转换层体系的设计思路,其分析结果可为今后同类结构研究和发展提供参考依据。 The Center Tower locates on the Tianhe District of Guangzhou.Its main tower consists of 31 stories, and the total height is 99.7 meter.The structure system of this building is partially frame-supported shear wall.This paper introduces the structure design and calculation results of the analysis, focuses on the concept of vierendeel truss as transfer structure.Based on the analysis result, design value suggestion is raised for similar projects.
