摘　　要： 以鳢肠种子为材料,用不同浓度的醋酸铅[Pb(CH_3COO)_2·3H_2O]溶液对其进行萌发处理.结果表明:不同浓度的醋酸铅对鳢肠种子萌发有不同程度的影响,浓度为50 mg/L处理的种子发芽率、发芽指数稍高于对照组(CK);浓度超过200 mg/L时,种子的发芽率明显下降,且随铅浓度的升高其发芽势、发芽指数和子叶完全张开数均呈明显下降趋势. The seed of Eclipta prostrata was adopted as material to study the effect of factors. such as the lead acetate [（CHaCOO）2·3H2O] with different, concentration on the seed germination of Eclipta prostrata. The experiment result showed that the lead acetate with different concentration had different effects on the seed germination. The seed treated with 50mg/L, the germination rate and germination index were higher than that of the control, when concentration was over 200mg/L, the germination rate was decreased obviously, and with the increasing of concentration, the germination vigor, germination index and number of cotyledon which fully opened were all decreased obviously.
