摘　　要： 廉政政策是指法定组织为实现公共权力拥有者廉洁从政的目的,在廉政建设中制定的引导和规范公共权力拥有者行为的准则。改革开放以来,随着改革的深入和时代的步伐,我们党和国家的廉政政策经历了改革开放初期、改革开放全面展开时期、社会主义市场经济体制构建初期、完善社会主义市场经济体制时期四个阶段的发展演变。 Incorruptible policy refers to the behavioral guide and regulation of public power owner by legal organizations to guarantee their incorruptible administration. With the development of reform and opening policy, the incorruptible policy in our country has experinced four stages as follows ： the initial stage of reform and opening, the overall development stage of reform and opening, the initial construction stage of socialist market economy, the developing stage of socialist market economy.
