摘 要: 研究了纤维素酶对桉木KP浆的酶处理。结果发现,在酶用量0.4 U/g绝干浆,纸浆浓度1.0%,温度45℃,初始pH值5.0,时间60 m in的处理条件下,桉木KP浆经过纤维素酶处理后的,滤水性能、强度性能都得到改善。FQA和XRD分析表明,酶处理使浆料纤维平均长度增加,细小纤维含量降低,结晶度增加。 Research of cellulase treating Eucalypt KP was carried out. It was found that drainage and strength of pulp were improved when the applications were as follows:the dosage of 0.4 U · g^-1 dry pulp, the consistency of 1.0%, the temperature of 45 ℃, the pH value of 5 and the time of 60 min. Analysis with FQA and XRD showed that cellulase treatment could make fiber length enlarged, contents of fines reduced and degree of crystallinity increased.
