摘 要: 量子密钥分配中的一项关键技术就是在其通信窗口实现单光子探测。单光子探测器的性能决定着量子密钥分配系统的性能。综述了单光子探测器的研究进展,讨论了量子密钥生成速率的安全判据及特点,分析了量子密钥分配的主要实验进展。高性能的单光子探测器的研制,以及量子密钥分配方案的改进,极大地提高了量子密钥分配的速率和距离。 Single photon detection is one of the key technologies for quantum cryptography. The performance of quantum cryptography mainly depends on the parameters of single photon detector. The progress of single photon detectors is reviewed, the security criterion of quantum key rate is discussed, and the outstanding experiments of quantum cryptography are listed. With the development of single photon detectors and the improvement of quantum .key distribution schemes, the production rate and the transmission distance of quantum key were greatly increased.
