摘　　要： 莱布尼茨的设想似乎为人类建造巴别塔重新树立了信心。后继逻辑学家为了实现这个梦想而奋斗不已,这个梦想在弗雷格那里得到了实现吗?基于莱布尼茨和弗雷格的关于"普遍语言"和"概念文字"的思想和工作,尝试对这个问题做一个探索性的回答。 Leibniz＇s dream of Universal Language seems to build confidence on the reconstruction of the Babel. Inspired by him, the logicians followed have made great efforts to realize this dream. Did G · Frege accomplish it？ This paper attempts to give an answer to the question with an introduction to Leibiniz＇s Universal Language and Frege＇s Concept Script.
