摘 要: 目的:探讨心肺复苏(CPR)操作技能的培养方法。方法:对医学类与非医学类大学生分批进行急救课程培训、在CPR操作技能的训练过程中采取分段递进的方法进行训练;课程结束进行考核评价比较有无医学基础的学生掌握CPR操作技能水平程度情况。结果:经培训后学生掌握CPR操作技能水平程度高、正确率为90.29±7.308,不同批次学生水平无显著差异(P>0.05);医学类与非医学类大学生掌握CPR操作技能水平程度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:分段递进的方法是促进是否有医学基础的大学生、乃至公众掌握CPR操作技能的有效方法。 Objective: To identify the cultivating method of on-the-spot cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) skills. Methods: Medical and non-medical undergraduate students were trained in different classes about emergency course and CPR skills step by step in different stages. After the training the level of their CPR skills was tested and the difference between the medical and non-medical students was compared. Results:The level of CPR skills was in high level(90. 29±7. 308). There was no significant difference neither between different classes, nor the students who have or no medical background(P〉0.05). Conclusion:Step by step in different stage method con be used to cultivate not only the medical undergraduate students but also the public,therefore, it is an effective training method.
