摘　　要： 如何实现医疗卫生行业的资源共享,应用程序的跨平台、跨语言、跨硬件的无缝集成是目前医疗机构亟待解决的问题.通过对医疗机构间信息交换的现状分析,论述了Web服务在医疗信息交换中的建设及其应用,阐明了Web服务在医疗信息交换与网络信息技术方面的创新思路.实践证明,此模型的设计与研究对于医疗信息化建设具有重要的借鉴意义. How to achieve the sharing of resources in the medical and health sector, and the seamless integration of application procedures between cross-platform, cross-language and cross-hardware is an issue which medical institutions need to resolve. By analysis of status in the exchange of information among medical institutions, this paper discusses the building and application of Web services in the exchange of medical information, and some innovative ideas of Web services are described in the exchange of medical information and network-information technology. Practice proves that the design and research of this model is significant for the building of medical informationization.
