摘 要: 本研究对田间不同生育期秋菊的早花品种‘唐宇金秋’和晚花品种‘祥云’花瓣中可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、SOD活性、脯氨酸、相对电导率等生理生化指标进行了测定.结果表明,不同发育期‘祥云’与‘唐宇金秋’可溶性糖含量的变化趋势基本一致,‘唐宇金秋’初花期淀粉含量最高,而‘祥云’淀粉含量最高值出现在中花期;在初花期后‘祥云’脯氨酸的积累量高于‘唐宇金秋’,中花期‘祥云’高于‘唐宇金秋’38.6%.整个测定时期‘祥云’和‘唐宇金秋’花瓣的相对电导率均呈上升状态,末花期‘祥云’和‘唐宇金秋’相对电导率分别是中花期的2.62倍和1.92倍.早花品种‘唐宇金秋’和晚花品种‘祥云’在整个花期中生理机制存在一定的差异,中花期至末花期是两品种生理生化变化的敏感阶段. Soluble sugar content, starch content, SOD activity and relative electric conductance in petals of early-flowering variety ' Tangyujinqiu' and later-flowering variety ' Xiangyun' , belonging to autumn chrysanthemum ( Dendranthema × grandiflorum ), were determined at different developmental stage under field condition. The results showed that there was the same changing trend in soluble sugar content between ' Tangyujinqiu' and 'Xiangyun' at different developmental stage; There was the highest starch content at early-flowering stage in ' Tangyujinqiu' , but mid-flowering stage in ' Xiangyun' ; Proline accumulation in petal of ' Xiangyun' was higher than that in petal of ' Tangyujinqiu' from early-flowering stage, for example, proline accumulation in petal of ' Xiangyun' was 38.6% higher than that in petal of ' Tangyujinqiu' at mid-flowering stage ; Relative electric conductance in pet- al showed elevating trend in two chrysanthemum varieties, and relative electric conductance in ' Xiangyun' and ' Tangyujinqiu' at later-flowering stage was 2.62 and 1.92 times respectively that at midflowering stage. There exists some difference in physiological and biochemical mechanism during the whole flowering period ,while the sensitive changing period in physiology and biochemistry ranges from mid-flowering stage to later-flowering stage.
