摘 要: 分别对离合器接合的动力学模型和换挡品质进行理论分析,针对车辆起步过程中,由于离合器接合而引起的冲击或滑磨功增加的问题,提出三参数的模糊控制方法.在Matlab/Simulink环境下对车辆起步过程进行仿真试验,将标识车辆起步外部路况的油门开度、油门开度变化率和车辆的道路阻力3个参数作为模糊控制器的输入量,以控制离合器的接合速度.仿真结果表明,增加车辆的道路阻力作为控制器的输入量,能有效改善车辆起步过程中离合器的接合质量,提高离合器的接合性能. The theory about dynamical model of the clutch engagement and the shift quality was discussed. During the start-up process, the three-parameter fuzzy control strategy was proposed because the jerk or the slide friction work increased during the clutch engagement. The simulated experiment was carried out with Simulink for the vehicle starting process. Three parameters, including the accelerator aperture, the accelerator aperture changing rate and the road resistance, were the fuzzy controller' s input, which indicated the road condition of the external environment during the start-up process and the driver' s intention. The clutch joint speed was controlled by the three parameters. The simulated results indicate that the road resistance added as a controller parameter can improve the quality of the clutch engagement during the start-up process.
