摘 要: 为探讨烤烟品质的生理调控措施,于2007年在甘肃省庆阳市正宁县进行了大田试验,研究了打顶及打顶后涂抹旷萘乙酸(NAA)、激动素(KT)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)3种外源激素对烟叶钾素和烟碱含量的影响.结果表明:打顶显著降低了烟叶钾含量,下降幅度为7.78%~20.1%,以上部叶最为显著;打顶显著提高了烟叶烟碱含量,增幅为33.5%~34.3%.打顶后涂抹3种外源激素均能显著提高烟叶钾含量,其中以KT效果最佳,上、中、下部叶分别增加了57.42%、26.62%和40.26%;打顶后涂抹3科外源激素均能显著降低烟叶烟碱含量,改善烤烟品质,其中烟碱含量以KT降幅最大,NAA次之,IAA最小,改善烤烟品质,以KT的效果最佳. In order to investigate the physiological regulation measures on tobacco quality, effects oftopping and smearing three exogenous hormones,IAA,KT and NAA,after topping on the contents of thepotassium and nicotine in flue-cured tobacco have been studied by the field experiment in Zhengning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province in 2007. The results showed that potassium content in tobacco leaves de-creased significantly by 7. 8 % ~20.1% after topping, especially in upper leaves,while nicotine content increased significantly by 33.5 %~34. 3 %. Swearring three exogenous hormones after topping could significantly increase potassium content and decrease nicotine content, and improve flue-cured tobacco quality. The content of potassium increased most under the treaLment of smearing with KT,which increased 57. 42 %, 26.62% and 40. 26 % in upper,middle and lower leaves respectively. Meanwhile the content of nicotine decreased most under KT treatment, then NAA treatment, and decreased lest under IAA treatment. The quality of flue-cured tobacco was best when swearring KT after topping.
